Technical equipment

- Multimedia: beamer, overhead projector, flipchart, flip-over, projection screen, TV, VCR, DVD

- Kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine

- Tables: 20 folding tables, 180 x 80 cm, 12 stand-up tables 80 cm in diameter (no tablecloths)

- Tents: tent of 9 sq. m., party tent with basic format of 4 x 8 m

We also offer the possibility of renting decorative plants and heating equipment.

Catering

All meals, drinks and snacks are to be provided by the organiser themselves. Water, coffee and fruit juice can be provided at additional cost.
